Singapore Course Information

Hi

If I come to singapore to study a logistics/Supply Chain Management course for 1 year. Is there a possibility of getting a job or I have to leave back to my home country.

Here is my entire profile:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: BACHELOR OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
SPECIALISATION: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT,
ANDHRA UNIVERSITY
VISAKHAPATNAM

INTERNSHIP & TRAINING:

Final Year: Worked as a Management Trainee on Cargo Handling in GAC SHIPPING INDIA PVT LIMITED, Visakhapatnam for a period of 60 days, and submitted a Project which is duly certified and examined by the university as well as company officials.
Detailed study was made on the procedure of Cargo handling system adopted by the company and also studied different Cargo types and the Container delivery system of the company.

Second Year: Worked as a PROJECT TRAINEE [RECRUITER] in ICICI PRUDENTIAL PRIVATE LTD for a period of six months from Sep 2005 to Feb. 2006,
MY ROLE: My role is designed for recruiting financial advisors for the company on pay and joins bases, and providing the information of the program conducted by IRDA, and Assessment of trained Candidates.

EXPERIENCE:

Feb 2009 – October 2009:
Worked as a Technical Support Executive for Sutherland Global Services for Acer Technical Support, My role is involved in handling technical enquiries and troubleshooting technical issues with Acer & Gateway computers for customers in United States and Canada.

APRIL 2008 – Feb 2009:
Worked as a Customer Service Executive for HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Limited - HSBC Middle East Banking process (HBME), as a Phone Banking agent my role is designed to: Assist customers enquiries related to bank accounts (Corporate and Personal), loans, mortgages and credit cards for HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd., UAE and also cross-sell HSBC products to customers.
Maintenance of customer account data and processing wire transfers (SWIFT transfers) over phone banking. Accessing Customer Relationship Management Systems, such as customer complaints processing - customer feedback evaluation and fraud investigations.



May 2007 – March 2008:
Worked as Senior Process Executive for Patra India BPO Services Private Limited, My Role is designed in Insurance Claims and Compliance; dealing with different US based Insurance brokerage companies, Inbound and Outbound Process intimations about Insurance policies and Certificates. Quality Assurance and Error free Work reporting.


COMPUTER'S SKILLS:
OPERATING SYSTEMS: Windows, DOS, Linux and UNIX.

I just know that you are not going to like the replies you get, however remain positive and just do what you think you will enjoy doing. You are in competition with the rest of the world. My thoughts are based on practical experience, which is of more value, than all the degrees that are being submitted. Though that is my own opinion only! Finding the balance is in your own mind.
