Hi,

i am a 30yr old irish man looking to improve my health by taking some boxing/muay thai fitness classes rather than just going to the gym.

can anyone suggest some good places to check out?

also there is a kick boxing place at Horse City, 100 Turf Club Road beside UNLEASH Fitness, I think? :)

Check out BXG at katong or BNM at Havelock. Both are good schools
