Getting to Singapore

Post by Hemmer » Thu, 22 Oct 2009 5:36 am

Hi,
My husband and I looking to move to Singapore next year. His parents are long standing PR's.
I dont have a degree but have been working in the F&B industry as a manager for over 5 years. I have done my research and seems almost impossible to get any EP, S pass, apply for LPR or PR.
I am applying for jobs but many advertise that only Singaporeans and PR holders can apply.
My husband is 28 and is wiling to do NS if it gets us in.
Is there any way that his parents being PR's can help us get in??

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
SH

Nope, no way his parents' PR is getting you in as he is over 21. The only way is if he is highly skilled or earns over 7k a month, then he could come in on an EP or you guys could try your luck and apply for LPR.
