lol nope in fact I ever or sick of tired going to this kind of places

even just window shopping at orchards I feel is better than party .lol.

maybe due to my work ..used to noisy stuffs


want to have a more simple outing during weekends.

Just like some of the previous posters, I explore and eat in cheap joints in Singapore. Just 2 weeks ago, I was able to "discover" a cheap and authentic Thai foodstall in a hawker somewhere in Bencoolen Street... Better than the ones in Golden Mile Building!! :D

Just wondering, whats the going rate for chilli crabs in SIN these days? Has the prices of regular restaurants gone up drastically since 2006?You can find prices of the expensive ones online but not the regular ones.

Prices vary, partly because the crabs themselves vary as well. Jumbo and co charge around $40/crab, but there's a cze char joint nearby that advertises crabs for $18.

Thanks JPatokal! I just love chilli crabs. I found a gem of a place in my city for AUD20 per kilo :P

There's some good Thai seafood food at the top level of Orchard Towers.
Guess the clientele expect it.
