carparks at condos

maybe a dumb question,

do you have to pay to use the carpark in most condo`s? and for most condo`s, would you have your own carpark? or are they shared?

we have a carpark in our condo, do not have to pay un;ess we have a second or third car and it's free parking.

Some condos assign lots to the units so you have to check with your management.

Never came across one which is not free. However they require you to register your onboard unit at times, not to deduct money from your cash card but to remotely open the barrier.

mine had to register a swipe card. S$10.

Most condos have provision for 1 carpark lot per unit, and usually not all occupiers have cars. Occupiers with additional cars have to pay a monthly fee to occupy more than 1 lot.

Carpark lots are shared, on a first come first serve basis.
