Blue's Clues or Elmo Birthday Party Supplies

Does anyone know where I can get Blue's Clues or Elmo birthday party supplies - plates, cups, napkins etc...?

Those may be more tough to find - Thomas, Strawberry Shortcake, Barbie seem to corner the market here. Try the party shop in Centerpoint: www.partywithus.com.sg or the party shop in Great World City (Jolly Party) - they seem to get in some different decorations than the rest.

If you have time you can always order from the states (www.partycity.com) and have someone send to you. I did this for an Elmo party and Hot Wheels party - only bought the basics and swapped in color coordinated extra plates, cups, napkins... the kids didn't really notice - but still seemed like a "theme". My mom just put everything in a large envelope and was very inexpensive to ship (not to mention buy!!)
