my weight is fine, but i have tummy flab...i dont understand how to get rid of that. i want to lose a few inches thats all......not weight....
is there a way ? i walk/jog 5 days a week around 3kms. do the teadmill for abt 20mins twice a week.
anyone knows of any place where there are trainers to give advice ? i am looking at CCs. not the posh gymns.
