4 exercise pens, 80 dogs, 30 minutes :???:

Why blame anyone? Why not try to change the situation instead of posting weird ramblings online?[/quote]

I put up this case in this forum is to alert all expats and those who are planning to come over to Singapore is not totally friendly animal country. After all, esp. when u lost your pet.

I read an article in Singapore few years back that a dog went missing and the owner was looking for him, however, just the next following day, the owner went to SPCA to check whether did they rescue her dog. But, found her dog was put to sleep in that morning. SPCA treated her dog as strays and did not even check that he was microchiped!

So do take care of your dog and not to lose it.

I flew my boys in different time becoz of the long queuing at quarantine. I was paying visit to AVA many months ago. Definitely I do not trust them to take care of my boys. Well, who can take care better than the owners.

I wish to change the situation by bring the dead alive! My plan for Betty was ruined... The topic of how our pets are taken care of at AVA is another topic that there's some points to bring up. But, here I'm just feeling sad for Betty that's all! Well, not to share some more, the world is filled with too many selfish people who find all sorts of excuses for their doings...

So you agreed AVA to put down HARMLESS INNOCENT BETTY to sleep, then how do you expect these people to take care good care of your dog!!! We are under the mercy of AVA right now since our dogs are still being locked up.

Cheers to Fathers and Mothers to teach their children to put down innocent strays and bullied the weak! Let's see what sort of new generations the world is filled!

Bye. I need to get going to AVA now...
So now HARMLESS INNOCENT BETTY was put to sleep? I thought she was poisoned...

And, I'm sorry to pop your bubble, but the math simply doesn't work ~ you can't take 80 dogs out in 30 minutes if you only have 4 pens. No matter how much urging you give them.

I hope our loony friend doesn't live in an HDB flat. If so, it would appear that she might be breaking the law. I'll have to check her IP address where she's posting from to see. From her ramblings I figure she has at least two dogs at home already (she is talking about too many adopted pets already and everybody knows you cannot keep cats in an HDB flat and you are not allowed more than 1 dog in an HDB Flat. If she is in a flat she is already breaking the law and has a couple more 'boys' in quarantine by her own admission.

And Michjee, I am not a Singaporean. And yes I do approve of AVA putting down strays. It's kinder to put them down rather than having them suffering at the hands of others who would torture them as shown in the press a couple of months ago. Or having them starving or becoming rabid or traveling in vicious packs. If you were so concerned why did you import dogs. Why didn't you go down to the humane society and pick up a "used" dog and give it a new life? Instead of buying yet some more dogs from puppy mills.
