Rhinoplasty Surgeons

Post by babyangel11 » Thu, 15 Oct 2009 12:00 am

If you ask which local surgeon to go to for rhinoplasty jobs in Singapore, basically to me, it seems none. So far from so many rhinoplasty jobs i hv seen here, none is exactly that nice and ideal nose.

The surgeons here mainly use silicon implant and i hvnt heard of any of them who uses rib cartilage here, etc. It seems that they wud prefer the easier surgery method rather than to do the tedious surgery methods such as using rib cartilage for nose jobs.

I used to think that plastic surgery jobs in Taiwan do not produce good results generally judging from the old method of high n full incision methods for double eyelid surgeries, etc. Until i see the actual results coming from Taiwan especially for noses, im convinced that for rhinoplasty, it is better to go to taiwan than SIngapore.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.

Rhinoplasty

Post by babyangel11 » Wed, 21 Oct 2009 1:16 am

Yes, dont think it is advisable to get fillers for your nose please. I believe i have read some bad reviews.

I think it was mentioned in Dr Toriumi's website if im not wrong. He did a rib cartilage for a patient n when he operated on the nose, there were some kind of "fillers" which this patient had done previously, i cant exactly remember the details.

Also from what i understand, filler can only mainly give you the height for the bridge, it cant change the shape of the nose such as to make it more defined or reduce the fats, etc.

I would advise either you go for a proper rhinoplasty job by a qualified cosmetic surgeon or otherwise retain your natural nose until you are ready for the surgery.

Cheers.

Dr. Tay, look up his website, he specializes in Faces, i am so pleased with my face, I only have postive things to say about him, and the surgery center there is fantastic, I worked as a surgical assittant to a Wel known palstic surgeon in the States, I chose Dr. Tay to refresh my face. :)
