If you're not into exercise nona_nona, DO try it. Exercise releases endorphins into your system and you may find very quick emotional rejuvenation. Also works well if you're feeling tired or listless generally. Brisk walking, running, swimming, gym work etc all good. Maybe try with an interested friend? All the best!

The gym is my bestest friend =) work out everyday, whether im happy, angry, tired, i always work out...=) but u know working out while ur angry cud put weight on u? lol
