If you're not into exercise nona_nona, DO try it. Exercise releases endorphins into your system and you may find very quick emotional rejuvenation. Also works well if you're feeling tired or listless generally. Brisk walking, running, swimming, gym work etc all good. Maybe try with an interested friend? All the best!

to be honest, there's nothing you can do that will mend a broken heart.

crying and exercising helps, though doing both at the same time may make people around you uncomfortable.

read from the bottom up. guess why she started and why she stopped drawing?

with time you'll be whole again. not like before, but enough. give it time.

For a start - you stop talking about it already! Let it go! it's gone and accept that it's gone! Something better will come - good things dont come by often but when they do they are worth waiting.

there's a song from tommy page about that!

you told me time will always heal the pain
bring the sun and dry the rain
we need time to solve and think our problems through
you told me time is always on my side
to turn the season, change the tide
things work out with time if you want them to
