athlete's foot

Post by firstcrush » Thu, 08 Oct 2009 12:46 pm

I’ve tried many products including teatree oil with no luck of resolving the situation. I have athlete’s foot on my elbow and behind it. I just keep it moisturized to avoid the skin from cracking. Any help?

You can’t really totally get rid of athlete’s foot. But what I do to keep it from coming back is to make sure I keep my feet clean and dry. Air-dry it for around 20 minutes before wearing any socks or shoes. If you want to try oral medication, ask your dermatologist about gris-peg. Very much available in any pharmacy out there. That should help.
