home leaving document for helper?

Does anyone have the experience of sending a domestic helper for a home visit? I need help!

I've bought ticket for my helper to visit home (Philippine) to see her 3 years old son since she hasn't seen him in more than 2 years. I've only told now that she will need some "home leave" document or she will have trouble to come back.

My agent is charging $260 for all kinds of documents including "membership", "employee contract", "Embassy bond", ect..

I was told by my helper that her aunty paid only $6 for it when she goes back visit yearly.

Could anyone share the experience or advice please? My helper is leaving this Sunday...
