I've been to El Toro before and was disappointed in the food. My first hint should have been the fact that it was rather empty.

Whoah! I stand corrected. Weird name for a Mexican place then, especially given that they've been advertising a "Spanish & Flamingo Night" lately... which I hope involves a misspelled Spanish musical style rather than a bunch of pink creatures on loan from Jurong Bird Park... :o

You should Esmirada in Orchard, they serve spanish and medditerrean too
