Preschool in South West part of Singapore?? (Distrcit 05)

Post by mullenb » Fri, 02 Oct 2009 3:39 am

Dear All,
I am sure this question gets posted a lot butttt here goes.....I am moving to Singapore in January for 6 months with my 2 year old son (while my husband gets his MBA). Does anyone know of a good (warm, loving) pre-school near District 05 (South West, Dover area). Our living location is not flexible so it must be in this area, as well, ideally a school that teaches in English, no second language required...but if so, then it should be French.
Price wise it should be under $1000/mo.
any thoughts or help would be immensely appreciated.
Thank you again,
Blair

If you live in Dover you have access to an MRT...you should check out the new Montessori they are opening in Marina Square- I hear spaces are filling out fast. Rosemary Hall... i think the link is www.rosemaryhall.com. I don't take the train because we were lucky to get a company car as part of our relocation package, but there is a new station opening on the doorstep Esplanade Station.

It must be crazy to let your child drive all the way down from Dover to Marina Square. Just near Dover mrt there is a nice kindergarten Little Agapi Uni, I am not sure if the spelling is correct, it is, I think, in NTU alumni club but u can try to check out on their website. I don't think you will find any pre-schools not teaching other language but u can try.
