i did. i had done AHA peels, n it had a stinging/tingling effect on your skin n redness as aftermath

usually u will experience peeling of dead skin cells on your face for at least 2 days so best to do it on friday evenings or saturdays, n u r recommended to wear sunblock with higher SPF for the rest of the week when u r outdoors

all in all it is not as bad as it sounds, n its pretty effective

it's usually offered as a course of treatment n u wont see results in just one treatment. u will need at least 6 treatments to c its benefits

definitely cheaper than laser peel but laser is a one-time treatment n can last u for a year. laser's downtime n recovery is at least 7 days n u may b horrified once u come out frm the laser room, but the treatment is highly effective

make sure u do go to a good dermatologist or therapist

i have used a skin care regime 180 anti aging theraphy system.it has PHA and/or AHA. its exfoliate naturally and no down time. The moistursier itself has SPF t protect the new skin.

able to see the effects after 7-10 days.
