Hi there and welcome to the forum.
To be honest with you given the recent tightening regarding EPs and PR I think your chances without a degree are close to zero. There are many graduates and even honours students out there who can't get their EP any more. So unless you have a skill badly needed by an employer and that could not be filled locally the odds that you get an EP should be very low. Don't give up though and please do not let this stop you from trying, just don't take it as certain that things will work out as you hope. Good luck.

if you've got good grades, perhaps you can consider applying for some sort of scholarship... i know the singapore govt hand those out to high achievers around the region.
otherwise, you can always try to enrol in a singapore university, do well for a few semesters and see if you get some sort of assistance for the rest of your ride (provided your grades are good).
from there on, it'll probably be easier to find work in singapore...

yea, i was considering for these probability. option1 is taking an international English exam(Ielts) and enroll singapore U to get a bachelor(if possible) after granduate Hi-dip course with zillion money. Option2 is finding a job in Sinapore if get an opportunity. Now, i think i should choose option1 after heard you guys' comments, thanks for the advices! :)
