I believe you can find it out on Ubi Aves 1 or 2 at some of the acrylic sign shops. You have to talk nice to them and they may sell you a small bottle of same. I believe they use it to glue acrylic/perspex. That or I'm thinking of the wrong substance.

I got some from one of them a number of years ago but they told me it's a protected substance.
