Where do you buy good/microbrew beer in Singapore?

Post by AdultCrash » Thu, 24 Sep 2009 11:33 am

I've just moved here with my family from Melbourne (my partner abee has been posting a bit) and I'm wondering where I get proper beer in Singapore? I know you can get some good Australian beer in some pubs but I've got two little kids so I'm not going to be in bars very often. Is there anywhere that sells this sort of thing retail?

You might want to define "proper" for us, but Archipelago's local brews and a wide range of imports are available in most better-stocked supermarkets (eg. Cold Storage).

Archipleag is proper! But I haven't seen their beer in any of the supermarkets so far... :x

By proper I guess I mean ales and other non-lagers from Europe, North America, Australia/New Zealand
