Have you tried portable sauna? Is it safe? I'm looking for one as my sis's birthday gift. Steam and infrared ray, which is better?

I never tried, but my cousin did, hers is a infrared ray portable. I don't know which is better :roll: ...but i think it's safe.

How much is her portable sauna? i saw this infrared ray sauna http://www.imadumbarse.com/ cost 180 USD, seems more expensive than the steam...

Portable sauna?? Just stand outside in the sun. But slap on tan block :o due to the I dont want a suntan :x

Why waste money.

I've tried the infrared one, and in my experience it is good. 8-)
