Singtel Connectivity

I use a US stockmarket quote service called Thomson 1. Starhub processes this perfectly. the same software on Singtel (which we have) simply will not provide a reliable signal for this although every other software I use goes through perfectly well. It stops and starts, freezes, provides partial quotes... I am in touch with their technicians but they're not making much headway. We have the 15 mb service. Does anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

are you getting live or delay quote? are you using a dedicated router from reuters for your feed? thomson reuters tech support should be able to do a trace route where you are getting your data feed. then just need to compare between starhub and singtel.

did u check if your wireless if you have is secured?

not sure if someone is tapping on ur wireless access or not.
