The Singlish isn't particularly bad, but the call itself is pretty bizarre. So apparently the company calling has been instructed to prep the callers to give the "right" answers to another survey being conducted by another company...!?

I think here problem is not her english accent and pronunciation

Yeah, you could say roseline07's reply was rude, but I'm not sure if she's a lowlife or not. Let alone "cass". Frankly I found nothing at all wrong with her post. Your's on the other hand....
