I am a commercial real estate professional who was most recently been working in New York City for the largest US thrift Washington Mutual Corporation. My position was in their commercial mortgage division, the multifamily group. My experience at Washington Mutual entailed working side by side with one of the top 5 lending officers in the company for over one year.
At New York University in New York City, I have recently completed a Masters of Science. My course concentration is in Real Estate Development and Financial Analysis. At NYU I have had an opportunity to study under active real estate professionals who are outstanding leaders in our industry. My instructors provided real time and practical study which reflects their extensive experience.
While my recent experience has been in mortgage lending, many areas of commercial real estate are of interest to me; including – Portfolio Management, Research and Consultancy, Corporate Advisory, REITS and Investment Sales or Acquisitions.
I am seeking an opportunity for a full time position in or close to the city of Shanghai; I also would consider the Hong Kong or Singapore.
I am currently in NYC. I have been in the real estate indusrty for 7 plus years.
