except managerial, executive and confidential employees, domestic workers, seamen and government employees

however i have to say that employment law is not really my area, and i'm not sure whether the Employment (Part-Time Employees) Regulations 1996 applies. i can't find an online copy of it for reference n it is only available for purchase
my gut feel says that it does not
take a look at your contract with the agency again. there should b a termination clause provision
