Has anyone used a confinement nanny after giving birth here? If so, did you like her and would recommend her? Wondering what the prices are as well for a month.
Thanks!

Confinement Nannies
I had Wendy for my second child. I didn't know anyone for my first, but it was the best experience ever. (her tel is +6012 335 7539, lv a message).
We were living in taipei then and I flew her over. She will prepare an herbal bath everyday, do the nite duty (the baby will stretch fm about 2 hours sleep to about 5 hours by the time she leaves), she did the wet market shopping for me (as I was useless) and is a great cook, she will cook for the whole family, she is honest but talks alot, that part you would have to tell her you have enough and she will back off. Her english isn't perfect but good enough and she is good also with other kids.
Cost wise, for some reason I don't seem to remember but it was more reasonable than the singaporean confinement nannies. I always say when you know you are pregnant, call her to book her before you tell your parents! she is highly sought after.

I had a night nurse called Suzi and she was lovely - very kind and gentle but respectful of my requirements and the way I wanted things done.
My baby was a great sleeper so we didnt use her very much but she came to my house at 10pm at night and left about 6am each morning. She was $120 per night during the week.

Hi kiwimmc,
I'm looking for a night nanny for my newborn. Could you share Suzi's contact details with me please? If u prefer, you can email it directly to my personal email at camicheongym@yahoo.com.sg. Thanks!
