Job Hunting: Public Relations/Marketing Comm/Publishing

Hi all,

My wife is looking to change her industry from Publishing to PR or Marketing Communications. She holds a Masters degree in Mass Communications and a Bachelors in English Litt. but unfortunately no experience in PR. She has about 5 years experience in Publishing.

She has been looking for about a month without any luck.Any help/advise would be most welcome.

BTW she is a PR, so no hassle with any work permits.

why don't she try the professional conversion programme for PR executives:

alternatively she can try doing an internship to gain contacts and learn the ropes of the industry.
