Be who you are not who you think people want you to be.
Why dont you arrange through the institution shorely its not up to you. If they offfer online courses and tests they should have the connections to arrange. If they dont then to me that would sound very dodgy. They must have sent you a list of requirements if they expect you to arrange so what are they? Because thats the key to anyone helping you here. You need to provide more information.
It is a well recognised Polytech in OZ but they do not have approved contacts of similar over here. It simply has to be an education facility with a supervisor that can read and spoke english to ensure I am not cheating etc. Not to worry I think I have found a place called IDP. Waiting on a reply from them but their website seems to show they will be able to help me out.

IDP is part owned by the Australian Universities so they should be able to help. For some universities you can also organise invigilation through their country's embassy or high commission.
You normally have to pay a fee that covers the cost of employing the independent supervisor for a few hours whilst you do your exam. You would pay this fee for each exam you have to sit.
It would be best to have $100-200 aside to cover this.
