i have been having pests come in from the common area into my open air yard. Also, pests have been spotted around the exterior of my apartment and the chute. I called the mgmt office and enquired on how often they fumigate and they said once a week. However, that is only done on the 1st floor. I am on the 18th! this means whatever chemicals they use can't kill the pests on my floor.
They said they could ask the pest control to visit my apartment when they are in the condo but I have to pay them for the visit as mgmt cannot verify that the pests are coming from the outside due to their negligence.
Do I have a case against them?
