There are couple of korean noraebang in Tanjong Pagar area, can't recommend any though. Tried 3 places so far, none satisfying bcos equipment is quite old and place not well mantained.

Kbox is quite a popular family KTV in Singapore with Korean songs and their outlets are spread all over. If you prefer a budget KTV you can try Teo Heng, which is located in Katong Shopping Centre.

Good luck!

You can try Cash Studio for more Korean songs. However they're not very well-organized, you have to scroll through all the "other" language songs to find them.
Kbox at SAFRA Mount Faber has really new equipment and nice rooms - touchscreen menus that detect handwriting input, daybeds, etc.
