Is it called Double Spring at Holland Village? I think so... There were other threads on this, search the Forum, you'll get more information.

Take the bull by the horns, and start leading a healthy lifestyle. Enroll in a proper weight management programme and an exercise programme and you will soon be able to wear all those things you only window shop and wish for now. It's possible if you want it. I know. I did. I lost 25kg last the first six months of 2008. Today I am still only 1.5 kg above that and I stay around that area and have done so for over a year. It's easy. I went from a 40inch waistline to a 31inch waistline. I'm not giving it up for nothing!

Meanwhile, if you don't you can resign yourself to a life of style-less tents as nothing looks good on fat people. Think about it. Make the healthy choice.

Hey gals, I managed to locate a Plus size shop in Holland Village... Its called Double Spring Enterprise. Their clothes ranges from office wear to casual wear... and the price is reasonable... I've gotten myself a couple of casual outfit mainly LINEN and COTTON.. and trust me....somewhat the material used and their style of fashion attracts me a lot. I definitely will recommend to those whom are in need to plus size clothes. Thumbs Up!!!

Check out their new website: www.doublespringplussize.com \:D/ [/img]

well if u stay in the East area, u can try Eastpoint at Simei. 3 shops selling bigger size clothings.
Level 1(near to the entrance where the taxi stand is, Veero/Fashionable Changes(this is 1 shop, but not sure why they have 2 names)
Level 2(York Boutique, GG2)
bought a dress from Veero, 1 skirt+ 1 top+ 1 dress from GG2 today... :D

Woodlands causeway point > ViVi (just beside John Little, Level 2, near escalator)

Anyway Veero has a few outlets. There's 1 at City Square Mall(Farrer Park Mrt) , and other at Toa Payoh Central...
I think they have another 3 more outlets...I forgot where already :p
ViVi also...I think there's 1 at Square 2(Novena) and around 3 more outlets..mostly in west/north area

I like the dresses at Veero/ViVi...bought 5 so far...within 1 mth..whew!

Happy shopping!

On a side note, yes it's best to lose some weight to be healthier, but the post from the moderator above left me bewildered...so does it mean that fat people no need to buy clothes to wear until they sucessfully lose off the weight? True dat clothes will always look nicer on slimmer figures, but plus size people does not have to wear shape-less tents as clothings...we're humans too u know? really don't know how to feel when see this kind of thing. sigh.

Has anyone checked out Ebay for plus size fashion?

Post by mamacita » Mon, 26 Dec 2011 1:13 pm

I've recently started buying items on Ebay.
Prices are affordable, there is a wide range of items and the quality is usually very good.

Check out this store. Bought a couple of awesome tops.
