elo, what kind of changes do you see. and just to confirm, inversion table is hanging upside down?isabella_lala wrote:I guess I didn't choose a good one or maybe didn't follow the direction.![]()
I also heard about some real cases occur on my friend who is keeping exercise with it for 2 or 3 months. She's not intending to lose weight but to keep health, and i really see some changes on her.

kind of hanging upside down. But it 's not 180° inverse, about 75 °, i guess. And the angle is adjustable. I searched online and found this website which shows the instruction. http://www.imadumbarse.com/
I am not sure how it works, maybe that's because it stimulates blood circulation.
Not very big changes on her, but looks getting in shape.

Not intending to but did it... lol. Did you buy yours after her? If you did then you should have followed her instruction, or you may ask the customer service.isabella_lala wrote:kind of hanging upside down. But it 's not 180° inverse, about 75 °, i guess. inversion table
You have to be carefull of how much time you spend on these as they increase blood pressure, so if you already have high blood pressure, you should check with your doc first

I don't have one, helen. I am going to buy one on line. Where did you get yours, helen?
Smurph, thanks for your consideration, but i don't have a high blood preasure. I've asked my a friend of mine who is a cardiologist, he said it is not good for those had high blood pressure or heart disease, luckly i don't have either.

I bought my from http://www.imadumbarse.com. There're sorts of these sold on line, but if you don't know which is good, you may go to some brand name store to get some information.isabella_lala wrote:I don't have one, helen. I am going to buy one on line. Where did you get yours, helen?

There are many ways in losing weight; one of them is taking diet medicine and exercise. But I prefer to choose exercise with a small of rice in your 3 meals. The most important is your aim to lose your weight and self discipline.
