In fact it can if you do it in right way. I would stand up for it because i've tried that! I think it's not like those intense exercise. it's not for trainning muscle, but for stimulating blood circulation. But you should take it carefully, normally once 1 minute is enough.

I guess I didn't choose a good one or maybe didn't follow the direction.
I also heard about some real cases occur on my friend who is keeping exercise with it for 2 or 3 months. She's not intending to lose weight but to keep health, and i really see some changes on her.

kind of hanging upside down. But it 's not 180° inverse, about 75 °, i guess. And the angle is adjustable. I searched online and found this website which shows the instruction.
http://www.imadumbarse.com/
I am not sure how it works, maybe that's because it stimulates blood circulation.
Not very big changes on her, but looks getting in shape.

Not intending to but did it... lol. Did you buy yours after her? If you did then you should have followed her instruction, or you may ask the customer service.

You have to be carefull of how much time you spend on these as they increase blood pressure, so if you already have high blood pressure, you should check with your doc first

Hello Isabella,
There are many ways in losing weight; one of them is taking diet medicine and exercise. But I prefer to choose exercise with a small of rice in your 3 meals. The most important is your aim to lose your weight and self discipline.
