Good sewing service?

Can anyone recommend a good sewing service? The job is replacing old elastics in a set of cloth diapers. I thought about doing it myself, but I don't do enough sewing to own a machine and I would likely sew the elastics in unevenly, so some leg holes would end up tighter than others. Best to hire a professional! Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I go to the local wet market and they have 3 or 4 seamstresses there that will do simple jobs like this or even places that do clothe alterations and they are in all types of local malls.
