Hoping you can help. My family and I have just arrived and are busy looking for a rental.
We are keen to view some places for rental at Kim Yam Heights in River Valley.
My agent tells me there is much construction nearby and therefore too noisy and dusty for my small baby.
Could someone please clear up if this is the case or not? I know there is much construction going on in Singapore anyway.
