Hi. Just wondering if you found NY-style pizza. Also, how do you like Singapore compared to living in NY? My family will be relocating to Singapore the end of the year. We lived in NYC for 10 years and left about three years ago. One of the first things we did after leaving was find a local NY-style pizza joint. :)

No, I didnt find the pizza yet :( I was hoping someone would reply to my post and let me know.Obviously singapore is very different from NYC.I miss walking on the crowded streets of manhattan.I miss being able to just get out and walk forever. And obviously I miss the food-pizza and good mexican food and eating brunches on weekends on the sidewalks. But Singapore has its advantages-no more 8 month long gruelling winters :) And aside from some things that are typically new york, the food is great. I am not too familiar with this place as yet.

Plenty of pizza joints here, 90 percent are kack, but one I like is the joint at botanical gardens cafe near the original visitor center, and during the week they do a buy one get one free for take aways, you just have walk around the corner and have the take away as a picnic in the gardens.

I love NY and Singapore, just cant compare Singapore with NY its like chalk and cheese, both have good and bad points.
