'Professional Photography of Childbirth...' thread deleted?

Hi, I posted a new thread earlier this afternoon on my photography services of childbirth in forum category Parenting, Family & Schools. It is in my intention to base my experiences for a research subject I am taking up on in school. The thread now 'no longer exists' and I was wondering why it had been deleted because it is not an 'advertisement'. If it had been posted in the incorrect forum category, would someone kindly advise as to which category then, should I post it in?

I didn't see your thread but I do know the admin do not like students or anybody else using the forum for surveys and research purposes. The purpose of the threads for discussion and to share information.

Hmmm... do you think then this could be an exception? It's more a barter than anything else - free photographs for parents in exchange of opportunities for skill development!

'not for profit" charities. Sorry.
