After looking on craigslist for a short term apartment and emailing a couple of them, ive seen a common theme of possible scammers.
They say they are missionaries overseas giving reason to their apartments being available. Either this is true and there are lots of singaporean missionaries, or they are full of it. The apartment rent is quite cheap, and they also ask for an application.
Smells funny....
