Need Advise/ Assistance for Doing Biz With Spain

Post by enterp » Wed, 02 Sep 2009 6:53 pm

Hi all

How can i verify if a recruitment agency in Spain is a licenced and legitimate agency?

In singapore, we are able to verify if a agency is licenced, under the MOM website.

I requested from the other party, and the Spanish agent email me a copy of their recruitment licence but i am unable to interpret it fully as it's in espanol.

I contact the Spain Embassy in Singapore to assist, but they replied that i check with the Registro Mercantil / Cámara de comercio of the appropiate province where the company is registered. Maybe they will be able to assist you and inform you about the company profile.

I have google and almost all of the websites are in Espanol.

Is there anything like ACRA or the equivalent of Ministry Of Manpower in Spain, where i can email them for assistance?

Or is there a trade organisation that can assist me? ie IE Singapore, Singapore Embassy in Spain Anyone done that before, plz advise which organisation. Thanks

Sounds like you need a translator since you have already found websites but don't know what they mean.
