aerobics classes?

Post by London chick » Wed, 02 Sep 2009 2:16 pm

Does anyone know if there are any reasonably priced aerobics classes on offer that you dont have to sign up for gym membership for? I am happy with the gym and swimming pool facilities in my condo so dont really feel the need to fork out for separate gym membership but cant seem to find any aerobics classes that you can attend without wider gym membership. Please let me know if you know of anywhere.

Many thanks :)

try neighbourhood community centres, i think they have the most reasonable prices for aerobic classes. and no need for expensive memberships. :)

I wasn't aware of any community classes but will definitely look into it - thank you!

Yes the neighborhood ones are pretty good. Check those out.

Just a quiet suggestion - some of the main "gyms" offer them, but they are pretty expensive, so beware! Likewise some of the "western" yoga places can be pricey.

Best bet, go local if you can!
