IPL or Laser Therapy

Hii all I am seeing a dermatologist for my skin,its just that I have light brown marks left my using too much clearasil on my face. I was told to either do IPL or do a combination of IPL & Laser together.

Anyone done it before , can give some feedback ?

If you are an Indian, you might want to go to a skin specialist (as in doctor, not quack beautician). You might have what my wife had, as it's a type of fungus that causes what they call locally, white spot. There are some salves/ointments that they prescribe that helps but its a slow process. It's something like the problem that MJ had but can be treated. The quack beauticians don't have a clue and you will end up with worse that what you started with. Buyer beware. That's why skin specialists have medical degrees.

thanks I actually went to see LL Cheong, a dermatologist in town. She mentioned that my skin colour isnt even, and I have some light brown spots on the skin. So i was given AHA,sunblock and some lightening creams but now since I want faster results, she recommended that I take IPL or IPL & laser combi. The former cost $300 and the latter is $500, which is expensive.. thus I wanted to find out which is better.

I do see some rich Indon tai-tais who have so smooth lovely skin, and they come from Jakarta just to do IPL from her.
