If you are an Indian, you might want to go to a skin specialist (as in doctor, not quack beautician). You might have what my wife had, as it's a type of fungus that causes what they call locally, white spot. There are some salves/ointments that they prescribe that helps but its a slow process. It's something like the problem that MJ had but can be treated. The quack beauticians don't have a clue and you will end up with worse that what you started with. Buyer beware. That's why skin specialists have medical degrees.
