Does anyone have any feedback on any of the programs at the Julia Gabriel Learning Centre at the Forum Mall. I am thinking of enrolling my 20 month year old in their Mandarin playgroup, but would love to hear some feedback from other parents who have their child there. What schools does the Chiltern School (their pre-school) then feed into - the American School? Tanglin Trust?
