Tidak boleh. Without completion of your schooling and relevant experience, you do not have anything to distinguish you from '00's of Singaporeans/PR's with completed schooling and no experience either. Doesn't make sense to give up a job to a foreigner that has plenty of locals to fill.

Odds are greatly stacked against it.

Without a qualification it will be more difficult, but what I suggest you do is look for all the audit firms in Singapore and send them you cv. The worst that they can do is say "no".
Good luck

ya thats right ....but the point is i have work experience in very much related areas to a audit firm though i have totally not involved in auditing , that i guess it distinguish me from others...and the other thing is having part-qualified in ACCA normally they do allow job becoz this qualification actually requires experience on the job ....any how i am finding it very difficult to find any place from Singapore n worst case Malaysia they don't normally allow foreigners......i actually want as a trainee...... so anyway im hoping i can finish ACCA in next june....will c then wat it takes...
