Looking to take my parents to high tea next weekend. Has anyone been to the Goodwood Park Hotel, Raffles, Intercontinental or Hilton for High Tea?
We've been to the Grand Hyatt (Scott Lounge) which had good food, but their tea selection, altho extensive in the black tea area (ie green teas and various herbal teas) didn't have any of the earl greys, english breakfast type of teas.
Any feedback??
Cheers
Kylie

I saw The Rose Veranda cafe on Discovery Channel, Travel & Living recently. It is in the Shangri-la Hotel on Orange Grove Road. They seem to have a hugh variety of all sorts of teas. Do please look it up and decide yourself. I am sorry, I cannot answer your question on Goodwood Park. Have a nice time!

For variety, Shangri-La is good but service can be frustrating.
Should you like something more English, do try St Regis. Their cakes and pastries are just lovely Be patient with the service though.
Or either, drop by Cova at Paragon for afternoon high tea. Their cakes are heavenly and it comes in mono sizes which leaves more space to savour the variety.

No Earl Greys or English Breakfast?! Shocking!
'Cova' at Paragon is reliable. Comfy, good selection of teas and the service isn't bad.
