We've recently arrived from the UK and are a bit confused by the healthcare system over here. We're told by Supreme Care that in order to have medical appointments covered, we have to attend a panel GP clinic. Does anyone have any insight to offer us about the healthcare over here?
thanks

It's just your medical insurance company has a list of doctors around Singapore that they use.
My insurance is the same, comes with a "panel" of a hundred or so GP's that I can go to, pay only $8 in my case, and walk away. Other companies offer GP visits for free, but again you have to visit their "approved" doctor.
