Do you really think a letter like that going to sway the ICA to reconsider

They must get hundreds of the identical letters every week!

Do you know a better way? That's why I said change the contents to something relevant. It was more for the "where/how" to file it.

I wouldn't have thought begging letters are going to help a person's case with the ICA, probably just as annoying to them as getting a letter from your MP.

Begging letters won't. But the inclusion of additional relevant information might. Of course, if they don't have anything that is relevant that wasn't in the original application, it's a complete waste of time and effort, I agree.
