MY INFO WHEN APPLYING FOR S PASS HAS BEEN WRONGLY GIVEN

Hi, My wife is working here in S pass and iam on a dependant pass, my profile was submitted for S pass by the same employer in a different designation which was not informed to me and my S pass got rejected, iam really helpless now and don't know what to do, can anyone help me to get my S pass !!!

Only your employer can file an appeal. As you are on a dependents pass, you don't really have a problem as you should have been smart enough to realize that you should never "depend" on both getting an employment pass here. Unfortunately, as your spouse is only on an S pass. If she was on a Q Pass or better you could file for a "Letter of Consent" from MOM. It doesn't go against the quota of the business and the business does not need to pay any levies either. However, once issued, it expires at the same time as you spouse's S pass. However, now you are dependent on the employer filing an appeal or another company filing a application. It doesn't mean you aren't elgible for employment, but it does mean the company either doesn't have quota, your don't have a skillset that cannot be found locally, or you are not qualified for the position. Regardless of what YOU think you have, doesn't mean MOM views it the same way. Talk to the employer about making an appeal. How do you know they made a mistake? Maybe they used the only position that they had a chance with.
