Hello all! Dear collegues, I'm an air traffic controller from Russia. It's very interesting for me to know some points of ATC work in Singapore. Is it true that you work D-M-N shifts and then have two days off? Does your sallary depend on work experience only? What is average daily flight intencity in ACC and in Shangi? Do you have any bonuses in your work e.g. free air tikcet to spend your hollidays abroad? I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks! P.S.
