i used to be in the media and ive done reviews for a couple of spas. one frequent question which i asked the therapist is "would i still be able to enjoy food in moderate portions and jus let the wraps or the therapies work?". most of their replies was .. to cut on carbs (which does most of the slimming work, aint it?) and ideally to live on yong tau food (which is an ultra light meal).

one thing abt cutting down carbs, is that you will get ultra grouchy due to the lack of comfort food. personally i think, one wrap wont do the trick. unless you are willing to go on long and many sessions of wraps. most of the good wraps dont come cheap. my tried and tested way to loose weight fast, is to cut carbs and sugar and jus do brisk walking, the weight u lose rarely bounced back. :)

hope this helps. :)
