Permanent hair removal recommendations?

Hi All. I was wondering if anyone could share recommendations on a reliable permanent hair removal place? If you've had good personal experience, would be even better. Thank you.

I get my hair removed at 4th floor wheelock place at this place called Vedure Mediboutique.

There are lots of other places but I find that this place is good compared to others. Another important thing for me is for the therapists to speak english, which they do and they also are professional. They do IPL hair removal for my underarms and back. My hubby says getting my back done was the best thing, so he doesn't have to help me anymore haha!
