Spur is a different programme altogether. And they have had subsidies for courses here for years for locals (Skills Development Fund). Nothing new on the landscape except for the width and breadth of the programmes. But you were talking about taxes not subsidies earlier....... :wink:

is there any benefit to getting a pr? i plan to stay in singapore for a few years. thanks.
