COnverting Swiss Driving License to Singaporean - Translatio

Just a quick one. If anyone is converting their license from Swiss to Singaporeaon, and you need a translation, I found this link to a official translation into English

Nice document but i thought you couldn;t convert anymore and that you had to take the SIngapore driving test.

Interesting to note there's 14 points on brakes and only 9 on acelerator

i'm Swiss, i had to pass the theory test only to get my Swiss license converted. LTA did also not request a translation.

But no driving test.

I had to sit and pass my theory test, which wasn't too bad, as long as you check the questions.

Converting was easy,. The lady actually said she didn't need the translation becasue of teh little pictures, but the rules say you need it, and it woudl be a shame not to follow th erules and not get it done.

Additional result was they allowed me conversion to full Singapore Motorcycle licence rathe than restricting me to 200cc, which had always been a bit of a concern.

Basically, a pretty painless exercise.

Yah... they will do this on a case by case basis. I'd bet a lot of money you are significantly older than 23 with many years of holding an unlimited motorcycle license.
