I'm about to be a first time father and would like to know a good store in Singapore to buy things like strollers and cots. Maybe like a depot or warehouse.
All the stores in the malls that I've been to usually have a very small selection.

Congratulations on being a new father !
Baby kingdom - 83 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 #01-00 Shun Li industrial park
Baby Hypermart - 69 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 Shun Li Industrial Park
You can find strollers, baby items, cot, car seats etc under one rood at about 15-20% off retail prices.

Mothercare at Harbourfront has a best range of strollers in terms of shopping in a central store but you will get them cheaper from Baby's Hyperstore at Kaki Bukit Avenue, Shun Li Industrial Park. Also really good selection on Quinny and big name brands etc.
Never seen an expat with a Combi though lol!

Whats the matter with a combi?
Probably nothing but I've just never seen an expat with one. I have noticed though that the handles are very low so if you are a tall person, it would give you a really bad back. Saw a very tall westerner with his tiny Singaporean wife/girlfriend and he was pushing a Combi stroller, he was having to hunch over to push it - not good.

Thanks Awesome tip! I went there with my mommy to be over the weekend. They may be cheaper than other retailers but I found it much cheaper on amazon even after shipping.

Stroller
We brought our mountain buggy stroller here and it like a 4 wheel drive. Its huge and dosent fit in Singapore so we had to get a smaller fold down mclaren stroller just for ease when you move around. I got that at Harbourfront which I thought was reasonably priced (on sale) in comparison to other store prices I got off the net.
Cot
We got our at IKEA, nice wood one, make sure you get the protector if you i you get a wood one otherwise they bang there head with no protection. Also if you gte an adjustable one for when they grow it will last longer so they can get out - i.e floor adjust down.
High Chair - Ikea cheap and the same one is used everywhere in Singapore that I have seen.
Rocking Chair
Bought that from Oz so not sure here.
Sterilizers / Breast pump / Baby formula / bottles / teets - Get your wife to buy as a guy you have no clues. Make sure you get some travel formula for emergenices. I just got them from a chemist when I went with my wife. We eneded up hiring for awhile but when we realise she needed it more often just cut to the chase and purchased one. For the sterilizers makre sure you get a microwave one rather than use the kettle to boil. Its so annoying to wait and when they are screaming it will drive you mad.
Changing Table - up to you but good to have especially so they dont roll off the bed or tables, also get a couple of protectors.
Baby play mat / overhang - they love this and get the ones you can add more things - good presents for friends who dont want to spend to much.
Diapers is a preference thing between cloth or disposable its like opening a can of worms that arguement so I will leave that alone.
